Vegetable Potato Soufflé - Lebanese Style

 Vegetable Potato Soufflé, Lebanese style, is a gentle tribute to the land—where garden harvests meet the warmth of home. Inspired by the French soufflé but grounded in Levantine tradition, this dish layers spiced seasonal vegetables within a cloud of creamy mashed potatoes, subtly flavored with garlic, olive oil, and a kiss of Eastern spice.

Born from simplicity and shaped by care, it’s baked in village ovens, where every bite recalls the generosity of the earth and the tenderness of home!

  Potato, Pease, Carrots, Corn, Green Beans, Butter, Salt, Milk, Black Pepper, Onions, Breadcrumbs, and Vegetable Oil. 

Cooking Instructions

Cook  From Frozen  Vegetable  Potato Souffle Tray:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove all packaging (plastic wrap and cardboard lid, if any).
  3. Cover the tray with aluminum foil to prevent the top from burning while the inside heats through.
  4. Place the tray on the center rack of your oven.
  5. Bake covered for 20-30 minutes, or until the center is hot and the sauce is bubbling around the edges. 
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes to brown the top.
  7. Check the internal temperature — it should be at least 165°F (74°C) in the center.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving to help it set and slice neatly.
