These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website [www.adamscuisine.com] (the “Site”) and any services provided by Nasser International Foods LLC / Adam's Cuisine (“we”, “our”, “us”) through the Site, including but not limited to ordering products, making payments, and accessing information. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Intellectual Property
The content on the Site, including without limitation, the text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Nasser International Foods LLC / Adam's Cuisine or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nasser International Foods LLC, Adam's Cuisine its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nasser International Foods LLC / Adam’s Cuisine and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your account.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Return/Refund Policy
Because our products are perishable and for the safety of all our customers, all food sales are final. Nasser International Foods, LLC / Adam's Cuisine will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the food you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as the order arrives. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, please reach out to us immediately at info@adamscuisine.com with you order number.
How long will my order stay fresh?
Our products come frozen and shipped on dry ice. Once they arrive, all Frozen Products are good to stay in the freezer for up to 18 months from the production date.
When will my package be shipped?
Our shipments are sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with the cut off for shipments shipping on Wednesday being Tuesday night at midnight EST. That said, while we make every effort to send your Adam's Cuisine order on the first possible ship date, we ask that during high volume spikes, you allow up to 10 business days for us to process and send your order. Please know that we very much appreciate your patience and understanding!
How will my order come packaged?
Since all frozen bags are shipped frozen, your order will arrive in a box lined with a custom cooler packed with dry ice. All orders are shipped with 2-day transit. Gift notes and gift wrapping are not available currently.
Can I order different flavors?
Our frozen products are available in multiple flavors and are sold in packages. You are welcome to try them all and let us know your favorite!
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
Unfortunately, you cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. To ship to multiple addresses, we ask that you enter each address as an individual order.
