Beef Potato Souffle' - Lebanese Style

 

Beef Potato Soufflé, Lebanese style, is a heartfelt blend of tradition and comfort—where East meets West on a family table. While soufflé is French in name, this Lebanese twist layers seasoned ground beef between fluffy mashed potatoes, often spiced exotic spices, and hints of garlic. It’s inspired by home-cooked village meals, where creativity turned humble ingredients into rich, warming dishes.

  Potato, Ground Halal Beef, Butter, Salt, Milk, Black Pepper, Garlic, Onions, Bread Crumbs, and Vegetable Oil. 

Cooking Instructions

Cook  From Frozen Beef Potato Souffle Tray:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove all packaging (plastic wrap and cardboard lid, if any).
  3. Cover the tray with aluminum foil to prevent the top from burning while the inside heats through.
  4. Place the tray on the center rack of your oven.
  5. Bake covered for 20-30 minutes, or until the center is hot and the sauce is bubbling around the edges. 
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes to brown the top.
  7. Check the internal temperature — it should be at least 165°F (74°C) in the center.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving to help it set and slice neatly.
